STANDARD


Oscar Jacobson offer free shipping on all orders (including SALE and other promotions).

We pick and pack your order as soon as we can. After you receive the order confirmation, you can not change or cancel your order. If you want to cancel or change your order after you’ve received the order confirmation, you must make a return, which is free of charge.


Our deliveries are handled by DHL. It’s easy, fast and secure to ship with DHL. DHL offer several convenient and flexible delivery options for your shipment. Under transportation you will receive regular updates of the delivery status by text/email including a link to the DHL On Demand Delivery portal where you can simply select your preferred delivery option.


Orders placed before 13:00 PM (workdays) will be shipped from our warehouse the same day. Orders placed during weekends or on Swedish public holidays will be delivered next working day. We deliver directly to your requested address with DHL within 2-3 workdays.


The delivery works as following:

Receiver is notified by DHL via email/SMS.

Receiver access ODD via smart link on PC or mobile device.

Receiver makes delivery option change request.

DHL receives and executes the request.

Receiver gets an updated notification from DHL with the confirmed delivery option.

Delivered according to receiver’s instruction.

If, after several attempts, the freight forwarder cannot deliver the package to you, the package will be returned to us. Then an administrative fee of 30 EUR will be added. The fee covers the cost of shipping, return and administration. If you wish to regret your order after you have received your order confirmation, we ask you to wait for your delivery, pick up your package and then send it back to us under the regret terms.

We deliver goods to addresses in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and the UK. These Terms and Conditions apply to the delivery of goods to addresses in Finland. To see the terms of delivery to addresses outside Finland, please change the country selection.

EXPRESS

Oscar Jacobson offers express delivery at a cost of 9 EUR. You will then receive your order by the next day, given that you have placed your order before 13:00 on a weekday. Please note that certain postcodes in rural areas have extended delivery time (+1 day) for express delivery.

United Kingdom
